This, the last weekend of the month, when we were hoping to squeeze in a quick paddle, is too windy. The weekends this month were occupied primarily by bathroom demo. After living with the painted tiles in the guest bathroom for ten years, we are finally refinishing it. We bought a sink about a year ago and it has been sitting in the garage since then. It has a smaller footprint than the old one, but still has a small cabinet for storing toilet paper and Suki bathing apparatus. So bye-bye pink bathroom with hideous tan with sparkle toilet and sink. Hello natural tans and browns and creams with white sink and low-flow toilet and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures that will hopefully stay in style at least a little while.
